Ingredients

  1. 1fresh live fish
  2. 1 tbspsoy
  3. 1 tbspcooking oil
  4. 1thumb size ginger,strips
  5. 2 stalksspring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash well the fish,remove scale and inwards.Pat it dry and set aside.

    Slice ginger and the hard part of spring onion.Place on top of the fish.

    Boil water then steam the fish for 9-12 mins.After 9 mins add the spring onion leaves cover and steam.

    After 12 minutes.Remove from the steamer.Pour soy.

  5. 5

    Heat the cooking oil until it boils then pour over the fish.
