  2. 5 slicesgarlic
  3. 5 clovegarlic
  4. 1steam spring onion
  5. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash well chicken.Remove the inwards.

    Pat it dry then rub it with salt in and out.

    Insert ginger,spring onion and garlic inside.

  4. 4

    Boil water in the steaner.Steam chicken for 25 mins.
