Just made it with all the left over ham great for breakfast

So my boyfriend is a huge snacker. Like I didn't realize some ppl would be so hungry right after dinner! But he is starving by 8 o clock. So I have to get pretty creative for "snack time" since it happens every night!! 🙆

Quick and easy for a wonderful brunch, lunch or even dinner these individual quiche cups are delicious and special since everyone gets their own quiche!

I used a nice smoked black forest ham, eliminating the need to add any extra steps. But u could also use different meats, fried beforehand or not & while u r at it, try some onions(grn work well or onion flakes) & different cheeses. Very versatile recipe! :)

A savory hand pie filled with ham and cheese. I used swiss cheese today but any cheese is good and a flavored cream cheese is very creamy and delicious in these. You can freeze them once cooled and reheat in the microvave for a somewhat sofer crust but still very good!

A relatively quick,warm, tasty lunch or make it a big snack if you're really hungry. The flaky pastry combined with the other flavors make this oh so yummy!

Its supposed to be shredded swiss instead of mozzarella but I have kids and swiss is an acquired taste so I make it this way and my kids love it. Even the picky one!!

Inspired by a recipe found on an Australian grocery store's site. Updated with US measurements and an adjustment to make them less dry.
