I made the black rice khir available here in Assam Arunachal, it was very good.
Steps

First wash the black rice and add double water to the cooker And take away the four whistles.

Grate a whole coconut and remove its thick milk and keep it aside. Similarly, finely chop jaggery. After the cooker cools down, keep rice aside to cool down.

After that, put the kadai on the gas, add ghee, add cooked rice and chopped jaggery and mix well, then add coconut milk, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

A very healthy and tasty payasam is ready that can be eaten hot or cold.Very tasty and healthy Payasam is ready.
