1/2 cupshortening
1 cupsugar
1egg
2 tablespoonsmilk
2 cupssifted cake flour
1/4 teaspoonsalt
2squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Cream shortening; add sugar and cream thoroughly

Add egg unbeaten

Alternately add milk and flour sifted with salt. Mix in the cooled chocolate.

Fill a MIRRO cookie press half full. Form cookies on ungreased aluminum cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes in 375° oven.
