  • 1/2 headcabbage
  • 1 canSpam
  • 2medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoondashi powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • as neededVegetable oil,

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cabbage and Spam into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cabbage and Spam.

  2. 2

    When the cabbage starts to soften slightly, add the beaten eggs and mix quickly. Add dashi powder, salt, and pepper, and it's ready to serve♪
