  1. 500 gshrimps, Pre-frozen cooked
  2. 1 teaspoonparsley, for garnish
  3. For The Sauce
  4. 1/2 cupketchup
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  7. 1/2 teaspooncoarse salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper, freshly gounded
  9. 2 teaspoonslemon juice, freshly squeezedd
  10. 1/2 teaspoonworcestershire sauce
  11. 1/2 teaspoonmustard, dijon
  12. 4 hot sauce, drops

    In a bowl mix cocktail sauce ingredients until well combined together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Once sauce is prepared, remove shrimp from bag and defrost under cold water.

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce in 3 nice serving bowls; place shrimps on the edge of the bowls, leaving the tails to stick out. Garnish with parsley.

  4. 4

    Serve cold as an appetizer.
