Vegan sweet chili "chicken" wrap
I love McDonald's sweet chili chicken wraps, however now that I'm going through this vegan journey, obviously I can't have it. I've found so many recipes subbing chick peas for chicken and thought this would be perfect. It is! Hope you all like it.

I love McDonald's sweet chili chicken wraps, however now that I'm going through this vegan journey, obviously I can't have it. I've found so many recipes subbing chick peas for chicken and thought this would be perfect. It is! Hope you all like it.
Cooking Instructions

Drain and rinse beans, put in small bowl
- 2
Stir in sweet chili sauce --- 1-2 tbsp or to your liking. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir

On flat tortilla, spoon bean mixture into middle
- 4
Lay spinach, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers over beans (add as much or little as you want)

Fold ends of tortilla in and roll up
- 6
1 can can make 4 wraps. I filled them up and made 2 wraps, it ended up falling apart. It taste just like McDonald's sweet chili chicken wrap except without the chicken. Enjoy!
