Ingredients

  • 12 slicesuncooked bacon (I recommend maple bacon because... obvs)
  • 12eggs
  • 4-6 slicesbread or tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. 2

    Use a cup/glass to cut out 12 circular bread/tortilla bases and place in each of the muffin cups in the pan. (Does this make sense?)

  3. 3

    Make a wall inside each muffin cup with the uncooked bacon. (This will keep the egg inside the cup.)

  4. 4

    Fill each cup with a raw egg. (The bacon wall should hold it in.)

  5. 5

    Cook for approx 35 min or until eggs are cooked.
