Brad's schnitzel benedict
This recipe is for those that have a good appetite. Or double the servings.
Steps

Place flour and bread crumbs on separate plates. Beat eggs in a bowl.

Put enough oil in a LG fry pan to cover the bottom. Heat up over medium heat.

Dredge cutlets in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Fry on both sides till brown.
- 4
Drain on paper towels. Place on a baking sheet in a 425 oven for 10 minutes.
- 5
Top with ham and cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Top with prepared hollandaise sauce and serve.
