Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside. In a medium bowl place the softened ice cream and flour, mix until combined.

Pour into loaf tin and distribute evenly.

Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer pushed into the centre comes out clean.
