My husband loves this! The story behind this recipe: It's cheaper to make at home than to buy.
Steps

Add all the sauce ingredients to a pot and heat until just before boiling, then remove from heat.

Once the sauce has cooled, marinate skewered chicken thighs in it and let sit overnight.

Place the skewers on an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Finish by browning the skewers in a skillet until nicely colored.
