About this recipe:
This is the sukiyaki recipe I always make. Use your favorite ingredients—beef, enoki mushrooms, konnyaku, grilled tofu, daikon radish, green onions, burdock root, napa cabbage, chrysanthemum greens, and more.
In our family’s version, we also add bean sprouts because my daughter (Koneko) likes them.

Sauté thinly sliced burdock root, konnyaku, and beef in beef fat. Add all of the prepared warishita sauce. Add the remaining ingredients one by one and simmer.
