This is an easy miso soup you can make with ingredients you probably have at home. The tuna adds a nice umami flavor.

Drain the oil from the tuna and flake it lightly.

Cut the potato into quarter slices and soak in water. Thinly slice the onion.

Boil the potato and onion in dashi stock until they are tender.

Once the potato and onion are cooked, add the tuna and dissolve the miso.
- 5
Serve in bowls and, if available, sprinkle with chopped green onions to finish.
