100 gblue cheese
210 gcream
250 gcream cheese
pepper to taste
Medium size round bread to make a bread bowl to serve.

Carefully cut the top of the bread. Empty most of the bread to create a bowl.

In a non stick pan mix the blue cheese, table cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently.

Season with pepper to taste. Serve warm in the bread bowl.
