If you need to clean the squid, please refer to recipe ID 18479824. (Note: The photo shows a double batch using 2 squid.)

Add all the marinade ingredients (marked with ☆) to a skillet. Once it comes to a boil, add the squid.

Simmer to reduce the sauce.

When the liquid has evaporated, it's done! (Tip: I cut one squid into smaller pieces partway through. It's easier if you cut it before cooking.)
