1 clovegarlic, minced
28 ozcanned diced tomatoes
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 1/2 tspsugar
2 tspseasoned salt
1 tsporegano
1bay leaf
2 cupcorn chex (or chex of your choice)
2zucchini, sliced
1 cancorn

In large pot, melt butter. Add garlic & saute for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, seasonings, & chex, stir. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in zucchini & corn. Return to boil. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf before serving.
