Ingredients

  • 4skinless Boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 cupolive oil
  • 1tblsp lemon juice
  • 2 tspcrushed garlic or 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1.5 tspblk pepper
  • 0.33 tsppaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Butterfly 2 full breasts to get 4 half breasts

  2. 2

    Combine above ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly.

  3. 3

    Pour into gallon zip lock bag with breasts and seal with little to no air.

  4. 4

    Knead marinade into chicken for about 5 min.

  5. 5

    Separate in bag so they lay as flat as possible.

  6. 6

    Place flat in fridge overnight.

  7. 7

    (Optional) Flip bag over in morning.

  8. 8

    (Notes) 3 tsp minced garlic is a lot. Try using less and maybe more lemon. Minced garlic did not mix well into the marinade.
