Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 gpork mince
  • Halfonion
  • Halfcarrot
  • Halfpepper
  • Some raisins (if you like)
  • 1 tbsolive oil
  • Sauce :*
  • *2tbs Curry powder
  • *2tbs Ketchup
  • *2tbs Japanese Bull-dog worcester sauce (or brown sauce)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roughly chop the onion and carrot. Dice the pepper. Mix up all *marks.

  2. 2

    Heat up olive oil in a pan. Add the pork mince and cook for a few minuets then add the onion, carrot and pepper and stir fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Add some raisins if you like and season with sauce *.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice and some vegetables.
