250 gmsChanna Dal
25 gramDry Red Chillies
1 tbspnSaunf
1 pinchHing
Curry leaves
Salt as per taste
250 gramscleaned finely sliced banana flowers
Oil for frying the vadas

Soak chana dal for 4 hours

Coarsely grind the soaked drained Channa Dal,dry red chillies, saunf, Hing,curry leaves and salt.

Add finely sliced cleaned banana flowers to this mixture.Adjust salt.

Shape into vadas and deep fry. Tasty and nutritious VAZHAPOO VADA ready!
