Slice the breast chicken as thin as you want

On the pan, stir in the butter, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt pepper and dried herbs until the onion brown.

Put in a chicken. Let it cooked. You may add more butter in this step. Set aside.

Divide ciabatta evenly spread with butter and toast it.

On the bread, put the lettuce, onion, cheese, chicken.

Dressing it with olive oil.

Then put the tomato and celery leaves. Top sandwich with a remaining ciabatta.

Serve.
