  • 2carrots
  • 1 cantuna
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespoonnoodle soup base (mentsuyu)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Steps

    Julienne the carrots.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the carrots.

  3. 3

    Once lightly stir-fried, add the drained tuna, salt, and pepper, and mix roughly.

    Pour the noodle soup base and beaten egg over the mixture and it's ready to serve.
