Ingredients

8 servings
  1. --Meatballs-----
  2. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  3. 3 poundsground meat I used beef
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoongranulated garlic powder
  6. 1/4 cupdehydrated onion
  7. 2large eggs
  8. ---Sauce-----
  9. 2 cupssour cream
  10. 2 tablespoonsdill weed
  11. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Mix the cheese, garlic, and onion with two eggs

    Mix the meat with the cheese mixture

    Form into ball and bake 30-40 minutes till done

    To a mixing bowl add the sour cream, season wit a bit of salt. Mix in the meatballs.

    Add dill weed and mix together

    Let rest 10 minutes, then stir.
