Ingredients

  • 1cucumber
  • As neededcherry tomatos
  • Arabic bread
  • Indian bread
  • 1/2 headlettuce
  • As neededfresh mint
  • As neededfresh parsley
  • As neededblack olive
  • As neededred radish
  • 1onion or as needed
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 spoonvinger
  • 2 spoonlemon sauce
  • mustard powder or mustard sauce
  • To tasteSalt
  • To tasteblack pepper
  • 1/2of youghurt
  • 1-2 spoontahena
  • 1 Tspoon lemon juice
  • pinchneeded sumac
  • pinchbasil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cutt the lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes into half, onion, raddish,fresh mint and Fresh parsley.

  2. 2

    Add the black olive.

  3. 3

    Put the Indian bread and arabic bread in the microwave.

  4. 4

    Mix all the vegetable.

  5. 5

    Cutt arabic, Indian bread and add it to salad.

  6. 6

    Add 1/4 olive oil, vinger, lemon, mustard, salt and black pepper mix them togather.

  7. 7

    Add the sauce to the salad the pinch of sumac.

    Add half of youghurt to tahena then lemon mix the add salt and pepper.

    Add the sauce of salad.
