8 pcspitted olives
3-4 leavesbasil
grated parmesan cheese
1 tbspvirgin olive oil
pinchsalt
pinchblack pepper

Wash the tomatoes, slice the tomatoes.

Place tomatoes on the plate, top it up with green pitted olives.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of tomatoes.

Add the olive oil on top of tomatoes. Add the basil leaves.

As garnish, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese.
