Wash potates and poke 6 holes with a fork

Dissolve salt in 1/2 cup water

Roll each potato in brine about 10 seconds

Place on wire rack on baking tray

Put in oven at 450 until they reach 205 degrees

Remove from oven and brush with vegetable oil.

Place back in oven at 450 for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven slit tops with X immediately
