First, prepare a sugar syrup that is slightly sticky to the touch, and add cardamom powder to it.

Then, grate the boiled potato into the milk powder, add baking powder, and knead the mixture thoroughly; finally, shape it into small balls and fry them over medium heat.

Once fried, add them to the warm sugar syrup and let them soak, covered, for 3–4 hours; then, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with dry fruits before serving.
