Ingredients

  1. 1 cupTeriyaki Sauce
  2. 4 tbspSoy Sauce
  3. 2 tspRice Vinegar
  4. 2 tbspCornstarch
  5. 2 tbspWater
  6. 3 tbspCanola Oil
  7. 1 cupShredded Carrots
  8. 2 cupFresh Broccoli
  9. 2cut Bell Pepper
  10. 1 canBaby Corn
  11. 1cut White Onion
  12. 3Chicken Breast
  13. 1 canBean Spouts

Cooking Instructions

    Cut Chicken in to small pieces

    In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.

    Dissolve cornstarch in water. Whisk into sauce, then set sauce aside for now.

  4. 4

    In a large wok over high heat, heat oil and stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add vegetables and cook until chicken loses its pink color and vegetables soften.

  6. 6

    Strain chicken and vegetables and return to the wok.

  7. 7

    Add sauce to wok and cook, stirring, until heated through and sauce is thickened.

  8. 8

    Serve over white rice or rice noodles.
