Ingredients

4 servings
  • Some 350 g Beans
  • 'Goma-ae' Sauce
  • 2 tablespoonsToasted Sesame Seeds *ground
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • 2 tablespoonsSoy Sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind Roasted Sesame Seeds, add Sugar and Soy Sauce and mix well to make sauce.

  2. 2

    Cut vegetables in bite size and boil until cooked, then drain. If you use Shiitake or Shimeji, grill or stir fry on a frypan.

  3. 3

    Combine vegetables and Sauce well.
