Pisco sour

I worked at a wine and spirits distributor for awhile and amassed a pretty impressive collection of fine spirits. But we don't really drink much, especially the hard stuff. So 3 years later, we finally got to the Pisco. And of course, the pisco sour. Delicious!

Shake it hard.

Use a toothpick or a fork or something to drag the bitters around a bit for a little added fanciness.

Maimai Tsuburo's Whiskey Sour Maimai Tsuburo's Whiskey Sour
This comes from my favorite bar that I went to as a student called Maimai Tsuburo. It's since closed down, so the only things left are my memories of it and the flavor of this whiskey sour that I watched the bartender make. It's very easy to make. However, the bartender didn't use mint as a garnish.I often watched the bartender make this, so the taste should basically be the same. The bartender used Torys whiskey, so if at all possible I recommend using it. I can't get a hold of any, so if you can I'm extremely jealous. Recipe by milketmoi cookpad.japan -

Nouveau Mojito Nouveau Mojito
My wife loves Mojitos, but does not like getting a mouthful of mint leaves with every sip. This recipe retains the mint flavor without the side salad of the traditional Mojito. John Courtade -
