It's a bit embarrassing to show others, but how about this for a solo lunch?
Vegetables really go well with Sapporo Ichiban.
Thanks for making it a hot topic!

Steps

  1. 1

You can use Sapporo Ichiban Miso or Soy Sauce, but I think Shio (salt) is the best match.

  2. 2

Boil 2 1/3 cups (550 ml) of water in a pot, which is more than the package instructions. Beat the egg. Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.

  3. 3

Once the water boils, add the vegetables. After it returns to a boil, wait about a minute, then add the noodles. Cook for the time specified on the package.

  4. 4

When the time is up, reduce the heat, add the soup base and sesame seeds, and stir. Increase the heat again, and when it starts to bubble, pour in the beaten egg.

  5. 5

When it starts bubbling again, quickly count to 10, turn off the heat, and serve in a bowl. Feel free to add chopped green onions if you like.

  6. 6

For a healthier version, cook the vegetables in a separate pot with the specified amount of water, follow steps 4 and 5, cook the noodles in another pot, drain, and serve in a bowl.

  7. 7

This is even more embarrassing, but if you can eat more, adding rice to the leftover broth is delicious... oh, so indulgent.

  8. 8

★hitomi**, sorry for the incomplete comment! Thank you for the lovely report about him ❤
