Cut the zucchini into half-moon slices and the pork belly into pieces about 1/3 of their original length.

Add the mayonnaise to a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly.

When the color starts to change, add the zucchini and cook until browned. Finish by adding soy sauce and mixing everything together. Enjoy!
