Ingredients

  1. 4large eggs
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. blue sprinkles (you could use the color of your choice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the four eggs in a bowl and add the sugar.

  2. 2

    Whisk the egg(you can use a electric mixer) until all the white has turned into cream and slightly lumpy.

  3. 3

    Put in the sprinkles and whisk again until the cream has color

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
