Cook pasta to al dente. Drain and save 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and slice.

Heat remaining oil I've low heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute' until garlic is golden brown. Remove from heat.

Add pasta, chicken, sausage, and parmesan cheese to skillet and toss to combine.
