Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1small block tofu
  2. 1cherry tomato
  3. as neededShio kombu (seasoned kelp),
  4. as neededSoy sauce or ponzu,
  5. as neededToasted sesame oil,
  6. 1 pinchtoasted white sesame seeds
  7. Optional: a little grated yuzu peel, if desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cherry tomato into quarters and place on top of the tofu. Add shio kombu. Drizzle with soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. Sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds to finish.

    You can use ponzu instead of soy sauce if you like.

    Saya-chan loves sliced tomatoes. Sliced cherry tomatoes look cute, too! Great idea—give it a try!

    From Omii-o: Try adding finely chopped cucumber for extra color and a healthier touch. Definitely give it a try!
