Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 1/2 bagfrozen edamame
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1dried red chili pepper
  • About 1 1/4 inches (3 cm) garlic paste
  • Garlic pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the frozen edamame for 1 minute. Finely chop the dried red chili pepper.

  2. 2

    Add olive oil, garlic paste, and chopped chili pepper to a skillet. Sauté over medium heat until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Once fragrant, add the edamame and stir-fry until evenly coated with oil. Sprinkle with garlic pepper to finish!
