Ingredients

  1. For pani
  2. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  3. 1/2 cupMint leaves
  4. 3-4Garlic cloves
  5. To tasteBlack salt
  6. 1 tbsproasted cumin seeds
  7. 1 bowlImli( tamarind) pulp
  8. 1 tbspdry mango powder
  9. 4 tbspsugar
  10. 1/4 cupboondi
  11. For puri
  12. 1/2 cupsooji
  13. 1/2 cupoil
  14. 1 pinchsalt
  15. As neededwarm water
  16. As neededoil for deep fry
  17. For aloo masala
  18. 4boiled potatoes
  19. 1chopped onion
  20. 1 tbspchat masala
  21. 1 tbspsalt
  22. 1 tbspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add sooji,oil,salt mix it well add little water and knead them soft dough with wet cloth.rest for 20 min.

    Now roll it with the help of rolling pin,puri is ready to fry.

    Heat the oil in wok should be hot. Drop puri to the hot oil till golden brown and crispy.

    For pani...grind coriander leaves, mint,imli pulp water and mango powder, garlic in a mixture strain the mixture.

    Now keep the left over paste, add 4 glass water in coriander mixture mix it well. Add black salt, roasted jeera,chaat masala boondi mix it well.pani is ready.

    Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, onion, chaat masala, Garam masala aloo is ready.

    Pani puri is ready to serve.enjoy!!!
