Preparation Step: Start by peeling and pitting 5 pounds of mangoes, then dice them for later use.

Mango Jam Method: (1) Blend the diced mango in a blender until smooth. [Add a small amount of water to help blend] (2) Combine the mango puree and sugar in a pot, heat on low for 30 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Then add lemon juice, mix well, and let cool. ※ Without preservatives, refrigerate and consume quickly.

Mango Shaved Ice Method: (1) Use a blender with an ice-crushing function to shave the ice into fine pieces. (2) Pour mango jam over the shaved ice, add diced mango, and drizzle with condensed milk before serving.

Mango Smoothie Method: (1) Combine 500g sugar and 500ml cold boiled water in a pot, heat on low, stirring until the sugar dissolves into syrup, then let cool. (2) Blend diced mango, lemon juice, and 260ml cold boiled water into mango puree. (If making a large batch, do it in portions) (3) Mix the syrup into the mango puree, freeze overnight until solid, then use a blender with an ice-crushing function to make a smoothie. ※ If you don't have a blender with an ice-crushing function, you can crush the frozen mango ice with a fork or chopsticks.
