Serves 1 serving

1 bundlesoba noodles
A fewshiso leaves (perilla)
Fresh ginger, to taste
2imitation crab sticks
Shirasu (whitebait), as desired
Plenty of ice
As much mentsuyu (noodle soup base) as you like (any brand is fine)

Prepare all the ingredients.

Reuse a plastic bottle to chill the cooked soba noodles in cold water.

You can also use a small camping pot (like a mess tin) if you have one.

Plate everything and enjoy!
