Ingredients

  • 10 ozfrozen spinach, cooked according to directions
  • 12 ozartichokes, chopped
  • 1 cupmozzarella
  • 1 blockcream cheese
  • 1/4 tspgarlic salt, garlic powder, pepper
  • 2 tbsmelted butter
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, garlic salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

    Cut french bread in 3 large pieces. Then cut out the middle of the bread and stuff with the mixture. Then cut into slices and top with melted garlic butter and parsley.

    Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes
