I wanted to try Chicago pizza, but it's too much for one person. Plus, I like a crunchy crust. I found uncut bread at the store, so I thought I'd give it a try. The bread was sweet, so it worked well as a savory bread, and I made it on a whim!

Use the popular natural yeast bread from the store♪ Tear it by hand to your desired thickness. I made it about the thickness of my index finger, with the crust as the base.

Hollow out the white part and spread pizza sauce generously. Fill halfway with mozzarella cheese. Add your favorite toppings and more cheese.

Bake in a 400°F oven for 10-13 minutes. The thicker the bread, the more likely the top will burn, so be careful.

If you love herbs, try the quick pizza sauce (*´ー`*)

For this recipe, I used herb-flavored fresh sausage from the store, boiled, grilled, and sliced into rings.
