Ingredients

  1. 1 packageinstant miso ramen (such as Sapporo Ichiban)
  2. 1 cupsoy milk (240 ml)
  3. 1.8 ozfresh yuba (about 50 grams)
  4. Sliced green onions, to taste
  5. Seasoned bamboo shoots (menma), to taste
  6. A fewgoji berries (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, gently loosening them as they cook. Drain in a colander, rinse under cold running water, and drain well.

    In a bowl, combine the included soup base with a little water and mix well. Once dissolved, add the soy milk and mix again.

  3. 3

    Add the noodles to the bowl. Arrange the yuba, cut into bite-sized pieces, on top. Add the toppings, and sprinkle the included spice packet if desired. Serve immediately.
