Ingredients

  • 2 lbschicken breast
  • 1 lbbaby carrots
  • 1.5 lbYukon gold potato
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 tspdried thyme
  • 1 tspdried parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chicken down middle of crockpot, add potato and carrots on othersides

  2. 2

    Mix butter and herbs and pour over chicken and veg. Cover and cook on high for 4 hrs
