Washed and cut and soaked in water for 30 minutes and repeated two more times until the water was clear. Added to my jars. Added canning salt 1/4 t for pints 1/2 t quarts. Place hot lids and set into room temp water in canner. Pints 35 mins Quarts 40 mins. Now you have potatoes ready for whatever. Soups, casseroles, omelettes, stir fry, veggie broils, grilled veggies etc!
