Red Poha, Sprouts, Makhana Masala

Roast the Makhana till crispy on low flame with 1 Tsp vegetable oil. Wash red poha to remove the impurities.

Arrange the required ingredients.

Heat rest of oil and splutter cumin seeds. Add sliced onions and saute on low flame till transparent.
Add urad daal and red chilli. Saute for half a minute. Add chopped potato chunks and saute till done on low flame. Add curry leaves, the green chilli, sprouts, roasted peanuts and roasted chana daal. Mix well and saute on low flame for 1 minute.

Then add salt, jaggery powder and turmeric powder. Mix well everything. Now add the soaked red poha and again mix well

Add half of crushed makhana, 1/3 Tsp black pepper powder and 1/3 Tsp dry ginger powder and Sambhar masala powder and mix well with the soaked red poha.

Transfer the cooked Masala Red Poha to a serving plate, garnish with pomegranate arils and serve hot or as per taste. Thanks
