Ingredients

  • 2big thigh
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Some peppercorns
  • Halfhead garlic
  • 3shallots
  • 2 glasswater
  • Generous amount of cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water,add peppercorns,shallots,salt and garlic.

  2. 2

    Then add in thigh.Boil for 15 mins.Take out when done and let it dry.

    Heat oil then fry it until crispy.
