Ingredients

  • Halfpack of minced pork
  • Halfyellow capsicum
  • 2 stalksspring onion
  • 1little cooking oil
  • 1little water
  • 1 tspsoy
  • slicesShallots and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and stir fry shallots and gsrluc until aromatic.

  2. 2

    Then add in pork.Keep mixing until pork changes colour.

  3. 3

    Season with soy and black pepper.Pour water and add capsicum and spring onion.

  4. 4

    Simmer until done.
