Mixed veg curry
Healthy and delicious curry.
Steps

Heat oil in a cooker add cumin seeds and bay leaves. Let cumin splutter then add asafoetida and tomatoes.

Cook until raw smell of tomatoes leaves then add all spices mentioned above.

Add vegetables(rinsed and cubed into bite sized pieces) saute it well.

Add 2 cups of water to it, give a quick mix. Add salt.
- 5
Close and pressure cook for 2 whistles in medium flame.

At last add coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.
