Take all the needed ingredients.

Put a hole over an ice apple,collect the juice,without spill. Then peel off the skin.

Now cut in to small pieces.
In a bowl,add 750ml cold water,add pieces of ice apples. Then add essence (quantity can be adjusted),squeeze out lemon juice. - 4
Mix well. As per the taste,we can adjust the level of essence and lemon juice. Finally add soaked sabja seeds,give it a mix.

It's a time to serve. It's refreshing..
