Finely grind the beef and mix it with the finely chopped onions, making sure to squeeze out any excess liquid from the onions.

Finely chop the beef fat and mix it into the ground beef mixture.

Add the salt, all the spices, and the baking powder. Mix well so the kofta keeps its shape while cooking.

Shape the mixture into finger-sized pieces on skewers or using a spoon. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
